Graham Park's campground sits on the Open Grounds at the south end of the property — a five-minute drive from downtown Rochester and Mayo Clinic, and a short walk from every building on the grounds. For patients and families on a long treatment stay, for exhibitors who would rather sleep next to their animals, and for anyone passing through Southeast Minnesota, it is hard to beat.

Pull-through and back-in sites on gravel pads, level and spaced so you are not sitting under your neighbor's awning. Picnic table at every site.

Camping season
The campground is open mid-April through mid-October. Water is shut off and the loop closes for the winter once hard freezes set in. During the Olmsted County Free Fair (July 27 – August 2, 2026) the campground runs a separate fair-week schedule with extended office hours and extra staff on the loop.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is 1:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM. The campground office is staffed 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM in season; after-hours arrivals self-register at the drop box on the office porch and settle up in the morning. Early check-in is available for a half-day fee when the site is open.

Campground rules
Quiet hours
10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Keep voices, music and generators down — most of your neighbors came here for the same quiet you did, and some of them have an early show class.
Generators
Permitted 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM only, and not at all in the tent loop. If your rig is on a hookup site, use the pedestal rather than the generator as a courtesy to the row.
Pets
Pets are welcome on a leash no longer than six feet, and never left unattended outside. Clean up after your animal. Pets are not permitted inside buildings; service animals always are.
Campfires & grills
Fires in the provided rings only, never left burning unattended. Propane and charcoal grills are fine on your own site. Burn clean firewood only — no pallets, treated lumber or trash.
Sewer connections
Use an intact, leak-free hose with a donut seal at the connection. Sewer hoses stay off the ground where a support is provided. Report a damaged pedestal or riser to the office rather than working around it.
Vehicles & guests
One vehicle per site on the pad; additional vehicles park in the campground lot. No parking on the grass, no vehicle repairs and no fluid changes anywhere on the grounds.
Gray water & holding tanks
Dump only at the sanitary station or your site's sewer connection. Gray water on the ground is the one rule we enforce without a warning — it fails a state inspection and it is unpleasant for everybody downhill.
Winter storage
When the season is over, leave the rig with us. Fenced, lit, off-season storage for RVs, boats and trailers runs October 15 through April 15 on the north hardstand, priced per linear foot for the full season. Gate access is by appointment during office hours; there is no in-and-out privilege on a season contract.

How to reserve
Call the office at (507) 328-6100 or email info@grahampark-demo.org with your dates, rig length and hookup needs. A 25% deposit holds the site and the balance is due 30 days before arrival, or at check-in for stays booked inside 30 days. Walk-ins are welcome outside fair week when sites are open.
