Vendors & Exhibitors

Set up shop at Graham Park

Whether you run a food truck, sell handmade goods, represent a business or staff a non-profit table, this page covers how to get booth space, what it costs and what we need from you before doors open. Vendors are a good half of what makes a fair day feel like a fair day.

Booth types & fees

Indoor standard booth

10 ft × 10 ft

$225 per event day

Level indoor floor space in the Exhibition Building or Four Seasons Building, on a marked aisle. No cooking or open food service in this category.

Includes

  • One 8-foot table
  • Two chairs

  • Wastebasket & daily emptying

Best for: Crafters, boutique retail, service businesses

Indoor corner or endcap

10 ft × 10 ft, two open sides

$325 per event day

Corner and endcap booths catch foot traffic from two directions. The right pick if you demonstrate something, sample something or need people to stop and watch.

Includes

  • Everything in the standard booth
  • Two open sides
  • Priority aisle placement
  • Listing in the event program

Best for: Demonstrations, product launches, hands-on displays

Outdoor space

20 ft × 20 ft

$400 per event day

A graveled or turf pad on the outdoor vendor row. You bring the tent and the weights — Minnesota wind is not theoretical. Water access on request.

  • Two chairs
  • 110V / 15A power drop
  • Daily grounds sweep

Food truck or concession trailer

20 ft × 40 ft including your serving side

$450 per event day or 12% of gross sales, whichever is greater

Spots are assigned along the main traffic routes. Menus are reviewed in advance so the row is not six vendors selling the same thing, and grease handling follows county public health rules.

Includes

  • Dedicated 50A electrical pedestal
  • Potable water fill point
  • Gray-water dump point
  • Twice-daily trash service

Best for: Food trucks, concession trailers, kettle corn, lemonade

Non-profit & community booth

10 ft × 10 ft, indoor or outdoor

$75 per event day

A reduced rate for registered non-profits and community groups. You may sell goods or simply share information — we only ask that you stay inside your booth footprint.

Includes

  • One 8-foot table
  • Two chairs
  • Listing on event signage
  • Guest Wi-Fi

Best for: 501(c)(3) organizations, service clubs, county programs

What we need from you

  1. 1

    Certificate of insurance

Vendors carry general liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, and file a Certificate of Insurance naming Olmsted County as an additional insured at least 14 days before the event.

  2. 2

    Minnesota sales tax permit

Anyone selling goods holds a current Minnesota sales tax permit and displays it in the booth. The county does not collect or remit sales tax on your behalf — that stays your responsibility.

  3. 3

    Food service licensing

Food vendors need a temporary food service license through Olmsted County Public Health or the Minnesota Department of Health, applied for at least 30 days ahead. Bring the paper copy with you to check-in.

  4. 4

    Declare your electrical load

List every piece of powered equipment and its draw on the application. A standard booth includes one 15-amp circuit. Anything beyond that has to be requested 30 days out so we can size the distribution properly.

  5. 5

    Check-in & staffed hours

Check in at the event office when you arrive — at least 60 minutes before doors open. Booths stay staffed during all published open hours, and early teardown is not permitted without prior approval from the event manager.

  6. 6

    Waste & grease disposal

Food vendors contain and remove their own grease, oil and fryer waste. Pouring grease on the ground or into a storm drain is grounds for immediate removal. Submit your disposal plan with the application.

We provide

  • Daily grounds maintenance and restroom service
  • Overnight security patrol during multi-day events
  • Free vendor parking in the designated vendor lot
  • Listing in the event program and on the event page
  • On-site event office for check-in and problems
  • Covered shelter space in the event of severe weather

You bring

  • Tents, sidewalls and weights for outdoor spaces
  • Additional tables, chairs or shelving
  • Extension cords, adapters and surge protectors
  • Ice, coolers and refrigeration
  • Point-of-sale hardware, connectivity and change

Booth fees, application windows and deadlines shown here are illustrative planning figures for this design-concept site and are subject to confirmation with the Graham Park events office.
