The rates below are illustrative — provided for planning purposes on this concept site and subject to confirmation with the Graham Park events office, which quotes every booking individually. A refundable damage deposit applies separately from the rental fee.

Non-profit & community rate
Registered 501(c)(3) organizations, Olmsted County youth programs and county-affiliated community groups receive 35% off the published daily rate on weekday bookings and 20% off on weekends, in every space except the Grandstand & Outdoor Arena during Free Fair week. Send your determination letter with your reservation request and the events office applies the discount to your quote.
Next year's rates
Rates are reviewed by the county board each fall and take effect January 1. Bookings made this year for a date next year are quoted at next year's rate, so the number on your agreement is the number you pay. Ask the events office for the adopted schedule when you request your date — it is published as soon as the board approves it.
Deposit policy
A 25% booking deposit holds your date and is applied to the rental fee; the balance is due 30 days before your event. A separate, fully refundable damage deposit — $500 for indoor spaces, $1,000 for the Grandstand, Arena Complex and Open Grounds — is returned within 14 business days after your event, less the cost of any damage or excess cleaning.
